MEET OUR STEERING COMMITTEE
Those on the Steering Committee maintain the policies of the group, and also pull names of charities about 30 days before each Impact Meeting.
Heather is in charge of hosting the meetings, and all things communication and marketing.
Lynn heads up charity communication and charity hospitality at the meeting.
Diane oversees the verification of our charity nominations and database, and also meeting registration
Nancy manages our meeting registration and anything additional needed.
MEET OUR VOLUNTEER TEAM
Kathy Gage (New Member/Visitor Greeter)
Welcomes new members/visitors to meeting, explains process and commitment, and then follows up after meeting via phone.
Dareth Jeffers (In-Room Greeter & Backup Registration)
As in In-Room Greeter, Dareth stays in the meeting room to make sure members feel welcomed and connect members to other members. She also helps with registering members at the beginning of meeting if help is needed.

Photographer: Take photos at meeting, before of members socializing, during of speakers.
Front Greeters: Stand at the front door to open the door and greet members as they enter building, guiding them on where to go.
In-Room Greeters: Stay in the meeting room to make sure members feel welcomed and connect members to other members.
Charity Connection: Gather info on upcoming fundraisers to share with steering comm so we can share with members, and make sure charities know about upcoming Meet & Greets
Backup Registration: Help with registering members at the beginning of meeting if need help.
